If for any reason you are not then contact email@example.com within 7 days and he will do everything within reason to get you satisfaction. If you buy a strap and you simply do not like it when you get it, then you can of course return to us in unworn, original condition with registered shipping and we will refund your purchase cost (less shipping) within 5 working days if not sooner - we DO NOT return the shipping costs and the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer - same as with almost every on-line retailer. Please do not "buy to try" and expect a full refund as we are unable to cover the costs of shipping for you to do so.
HOWEVER - If there is a reason to return because a mistake was made or there is a genuine manufacturing fault we will of course refund you in full, including shipping fees or replace the strap with no extra cost.
